As a UEFA A licence coach, Kai Brock presents an impressive track record of cultivating young talent. Throughout his extensive career, he has successfully developed numerous football players, many of whom have advanced to the top two professional leagues in Germany. With a comprehensive understanding of modern training methods, Kai specialises in identifying and enhancing individual strengths, offering expertise that spans from fundamental technical skills to tactical training and mental preparation for professional game.
Stewart Montgomery
With nearly 50 years of experience in Hong Kong football, Stewart Montgomery has played and coached at every level, from U7s to men's professional football. A UEFA A licence coach, he has developed a proven track record of guiding young players through the full development pathway, from youth football to professional and international representation. He takes great satisfaction in watching players grow both individually and within a team.
Wolfgang Luisser
Wolfgang Luisser is a UEFA Pro Licence coach with elite-level experience across Austria, Germany, England, China and Hong Kong. A proactive professional, he excels in player development and the strategic design of technical programmes. His expertise spans talent identification and player progression. By implementing advanced sports science principles, he creates a premier environment for young athletes to reach their full potential.
Daniel Backenhaus
As a DFB A-Licence coach (UEFA A equivalent), Daniel Backenhaus brings extensive experience in elite youth development. Having led competitive youth teams, he excels in identifying talent and guiding players toward their full potential. Also a professional educator, Daniel combines pedagogical expertise with elite coaching to provide a holistic, player-centred approach focused on both technical and personal growth.
