Similar to other international schools in Hong Kong, German Swiss International School (GSIS) has decided to collaborate with a specialised catering company to provide food and beverage services. Chartwells, our trusted partner, operates primarily from the Three Mackerels Cafeteria, ensuring that our students and staff have access to high-quality meals and a wide range of food and beverage options at reasonable prices. It is important to note that while GSIS has carefully selected Chartwells, the school is not responsible for the daily operations of the cafeteria. THREE MACKERELS CAFETERIA
Located on the 6th floor of the Middle Building at The Peak Campus, the Three Mackerels Cafeteria holds its name as a result of the generous sponsorship by Jebsen & Co. Ltd. Additionally, the former Mothers' Committee kindly provided the kitchen equipment to enhance the dining experience for GSIS students and staff.
