In the midst of graduation season, our Y13 and K12 students are all ready to embark on their next journey, be it to university or a gap year. Meanwhile, the Y12and K11 students are just a step behind, researching their college choices and preparing for their applications. Always providing full support, our University Counseling Department will be hosting Peter Hauet, a founding director and former President of the International Association of College Admissions Counseling (IACAC), from 4 to 8 June 2018.
Peter has more than 45 years of experience in university counseling for international schools under his belt. Throughout the week at GSIS, he will be working with counselors and teachers, running drop-in clinics for our Y11 and Y12 students, and sharing his knowledge with the parent community.
This is a great opportunity for students and parents alike to ask questions and learn more about how to make the best of university applications. We hope to see you at some of the informative events scheduled for next week.
