  3. School buses leave at 1:25 pm or 3:30 pm.
  4. If students enroll in a course starting at 2:00 pm, they must also be enrolled in lesson 7 as all teachers are engaged in lessons and therefore no general school supervision can be provided.
  5. Only online applications will be accepted.
  6. Course will only take place if there are a sufficient number of participants.
  7. The School reserves the right to cancel courses should the staff or venue be required for other purposes.
  8. In the event of the cancellation of a course for whatsoever reason, the students and their parents will be informed directly.
  9. The School does not provide transportation for courses that take place off the school premises, unless it is stated in the course description.
  10. The students will have the opportunity to have a lunch break from 1:15 pm to 2:00 pm. Eating and drinking is only allowed in designated areas.
  11. By enrolling in a course with GSIS, you agree that your child will follow the rules and regulations set out by GSIS and the coaches.
  12. You also agree that you will not hold GSIS or any teacher/coach responsible for any injuries that may be sustained during the sessions and for any lost or damaged property.
  13. A participant can be expelled from a course for unruly behaviour.
  14. Students must have received two doses of vaccination, and the second dose must have been administered at least 14 days before the first day of activities.
  15. All students (including COVD-19 recovered) must undertake a daily RAT test.
  16. Students can only attend courses if their RAT test is negative.
  17. In the event of Typhoon Warning Signal No 8 or higher, black rainstorm warning or red rainstorm warning being hoisted, all activities for the whole day will be cancelled. The school’s policy on bad weather will apply. If a Typhoon Warning Signal 3 occurs, all Kindergartens will close. Other school activities will operate as usual unless advised otherwise. For children who live on the outlying islands, parents will decide on a case-by-case basis if it is safe for their children to go to school.

Non-chargeable Programme only

  1. To complement our academic programme, GSIS offers a range of Extra-Curricular Activities (ECAs). These lessons are free of charge; however, once you have enrolled your child in the programme, these lessons become part of the school day and your child is expected to attend on a regular basis.
  2. At the Peak Campus (Primary), GSIS offers ECAs in three terms as well as annual ECAs.
  3. Only the ECA´s marked in colour are booked for the whole school year.
  4. Students enrolling for sports activities must be physically fit.
  5. GSIS students are insured within the current limits against accidents while attending GSIS ECAs

Chargeable Programme only

  1. All chargeable courses are generally booked by 3 terms.
