Sodexo Refunds

Dear School Community

As reported in the August/September 2011 edition of the GIST, GSIS has actively been working with Sodexo (GSIS's previous caterer), to ensure that all remaining balances on student/staff cards would be refunded.

We now have the complete records for all refunds, which will be made in cash. Refunds may be collected between 12:00 and 2:00 pm from Monday, 7 November 2011 until Friday, 18 November 2011, as follows:

  • Primary students may collect their refund at the Primary Administration office in the Middle Building by presenting their student card
  • Secondary students and all staff may collect their refund at the Old Gym by presenting their student/staff card

Primary Class teachers will also help to ensure that their students know that their refunds may be collected.

Any unclaimed refunds after the 18 November 2011 will be donated to the charity Orbis.
